An exceptional panorama

The Moléson, an emblematic peak of the Fribourg Pre-Alps, is a mountain dear to the hearts of the people of Fribourg. From its 2,002 meters, it offers a spectacular panorama of Lake Geneva, the Jura, the Three Lakes region, and the Bernese Alps. Visible from afar, it dominates the rolling landscapes of Gruyère, a region where nature, traditions, and exceptional villages like Gruyères, a fortified, perched medieval town, mingle.

Gruyères

Gruyères, in the heart of the canton of Fribourg, is one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. Entirely pedestrianized, its fortified old town overlooks the region's verdant hills. On the horizon, the Moléson rises its characteristic silhouette, watching over the Gruyères landscape.
