Can I personalize the products?Unfortunately, we do not offer personalization for individual orders. However, we offer numerous customization options for orders of a certain quantity of glasses or carafes. If you are a business or would like to order a large quantity of products, contact us at info@alpinte.ch to discuss the options available.

Do you have a store?You can find our products in many partner stores. The map of our points of sale is available here .

Are the glasses dishwasher safe?Yes, our glasses are dishwasher safe.

What type of glass do you use?We use borosilicate glass which is a robust material, very resistant to breakage, thermal changes and chemical agents, it has excellent transparency and good resistance to heat and cold.

What are the delivery times for orders in Switzerland?You can choose the following two delivery options: PostPac Economy: Delivery in 2 working days (Monday to Friday) PostPac Priority: Next day delivery (Monday to Friday)

How to track my order?When your order is being prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on it to track your package.

What are the delivery times for international orders?International orders are shipped with Fedex Economy. Delivery times are as follows: Europe: 3-4 working days USA&Canada: 4-5 business days Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

What is the preparation/shipping time for my order?Your order will be shipped the next day during business days. Orders received on the weekend will be sent on Monday.

How much are the shipping costs?Swiss Postpac Economy: 7CHF (free from 100CHF purchase) Postpac Priority: 10CHF (free from 200CHF purchase) International We apply a single shipping cost regardless of the quantity of items ordered. Central Europe: 20CHF Rest of Europe & United Kingdom: 25CHF USA & Canada: 25CHF Rest of the world: 40CHF

Do I have to pay customs fees for overseas orders?Customs fees are included in shipping costs. There will therefore be no additional costs to pay upon receipt of your order.

How is my order sent?Orders in Switzerland are sent with the Post Office. International orders are shipped with Fedex.

Can I return my glasses if they don't fit me?You can return an item within 10 days from the date of receipt of your package. Return costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. The glass must not have been used The return address is: Exopack SA At: Alpinte Sàrl ZI the Ducats 31 1350 Orb Switzerland After receipt of the package and inspection of the goods we will proceed with the reimbursement.

What to do if you receive a defective product?All our glasses are 100% inspected. However, it is possible that we have missed a defect and in this case we will happily replace the product. Contact our team at info@alpinte.ch and we will be happy to help you.
